Jeffrey Tyson Brings Knowledge, Experience to Process Controls Engineer Position
Scott Environmental Services, Inc. (Scott) has hired Jeffrey “Jeff” Tyson as a Process Controls Engineer. Mr. Tyson will be responsible for ensuring that Scott processes meet the high performance standards expected by Scott’s leadership, customers and regulatory agencies.
Scott uses advanced techniques and patented technology to recycle, treat, and/or dispose of solid drilling waste at oil and gas operations.
“We are excited to have Jeff join Scott,” said J. Blake Scott, founder and president. “His experience in engineering and road construction will well serve us in our operating areas, from planning and designing reuse of solid drilling waste projects to testing the completed remediation.”
Prior to joining Scott, Mr. Tyson was with the Florida Department of Transportation, where he worked on various state road projects. He received a B.S. in civil engineering from McNeese State University in Louisiana, and has completed other training programs, earning several supplemental engineering education certifications.
“I look forward to the fieldwork and advancing Scott’s already innovative processes,” said Mr. Tyson.
